- All orders $100 or more are eligible for free shipping
- Orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days, a confirmation will be sent to the provided email address
- Orders are shipped within 3 – 7 business days of being processed, confirmation and tracking details will be sent to the provided email address
- If you have not received your order within 14 business days after processing, please contact us.

Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items
- My Heart & Gold proudly offers free returns and exchanges! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 14 calendar days of receipt of shipment, please contact us for instructions
- If you receive a product that may have been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. Please provide a description and photo of the item and we will happily provide a replacement.
